Tony Weatherill

President & CEO
Mr. Weatherill is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the global lubricants and petrochemicals sectors, most recently with H.F. Sinclair Corporation and Petro-Canada Lubricants. He has a proven track record of driving commercial success, operational excellence, and innovation across billion-dollar organizations. From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Weatherill served as Senior Vice President, Commercial, at H.F. Sinclair, leading commercial and marketing efforts for a $3.9 billion enterprise spanning over 90 countries, doubling global sales, and significantly enhancing EBITDA margins. Concurrently, as President of Petro-Canada Lubricants (2019–2023), he oversaw commercial strategy, global business development, a portfolio of globally recognized brands, and North America’s largest Group III base oil facility. Beyond his commercial leadership, Mr. Weatherill has cultivated extensive technical expertise and market insights through roles such as Vice President of Global Research and Development at Petro-Canada Lubricants and earlier positions at ExxonMobil and Chemtura.

Larry Van Hatten

Lead Director
Mr. Van Hatten became a partner of Ernst & Young LLP in May 2005, leading its Vancouver assurance practice until announcing his retirement in June 2010. Prior to May 2005, Mr. Van Hatten was the managing partner of Ellis Foster, Chartered Accountants, a Vancouver-based firm that merged into Ernst & Young LLP in May 2005. Mr. Van Hatten’s practice focused on advisory services to the investment community.Mr. Van Hatten also served on the board of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, which he chaired from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Van Hatten received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1975 and his Fellow Chartered Accountant designation in 2009. In 2010, he completed the academic requirements for the Directors Education Program.

Bob Rennie

Director

As founder and executive director of Rennie Group, Mr. Rennie has redefined the business of real estate, offering specialized national and international marketing, data gathering intelligence information and technology services for over 40 years. Mr. Rennie is often recognized for his leadership in developing new and innovative strategies in risk management and marketing. Mr. Rennie brings strong social and philanthropic guidance to the Board. Mr. Rennie is the recipient of the Queen’s Diamond and Golden Jubilee awards, the Order of British Columbia and has a Doctorate from Emily Carr University

Jose Salinas

Director

Jose Luis Salinas Lanfranco is a Peruvian, British and Panamanian businessman. Mr. Salinas specializes in de-risking large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects be it through traditional tools such as contractual development, insurance; or through innovative mechanisms such as corporate engineering, financial vehicles, and layering; with the goal to deliver robust asset and financial protections. Mr. Salinas also has extensive business and corporate experience be it as an owner, shareholder, board director, advisor or consultant in a diverse range of public and private operations from mining to the energy and nuclear industries. Mr. Salinas speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Salinas studied Law at Pontificia Universidad Catolica and holds two postgraduate degrees.

Brad White

Director

Mr. White is a distinguished investment executive, with over 30 years of research and portfolio management experience. As the Co-founder of Salida Capital, a $1B+ alternative asset manager, Mr. White’s funds generated compound annual returns of over 30% until his departure to co-found EdgeHill Partners, a Toronto-based alternative asset management firm. Mr. White is currently an advisor of Blue Deer Capital Partners, a firm providing advisory services to mission-driven entrepreneurs across a variety of sectors. Mr. White is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is also the benefactor of both the Embley Park Foundation, a private philanthropic organization, and the White Trading Lab at the Memorial University Business School.
